Create a movie

Have you ever wanted to be the creator of your own animated flick? Wanted to be the next great Pixar story writer? Well, my technology teacher showed me this really cool site called http://www.xtranormal.com/. On it you get to create your own animated movie. Well... you have to use their characters and stuff like that, but you get to write the script and see it acted out on your very own computer screen! How eXciting!

It actually is really cool. I am not doing it justice. The only thing is it takes a while to get used to and figure out. So, make sure you have a while to dedicate to using this site. It also takes awhile to load, which is perfectly reasonable seeing that each movie is different. Finally, get used to your movie sounding slightly robotic and some of your words sounding different. Other than that though, this site is fantastic

Snail Mail

I like getting mail. Do you like getting mail? Actual mail I mean, not emails or fessages (facebook messages) or texts. I guess texts are not really mail, but you get my drift. I have been seeing on the news a lot recently that there has been a decrease in the amount of mail sent over the past few years. I want to change that. I currently send out about 3-5 letters a day. That is about 21-35 letters a week or 1092-1820 a year. I don't however think that just me sending mail will help save the post office. So I want you readers to send a letter. It doesn't matter who to or when, why, or how. I just want you to. So maybe then the post office will stop laying off people and raising stamp prices. So send a piece of mail and brighten someone's day.

India- The other part of ASIA

Today in class, one of my fellow students made a rather... ignorant comment during class. Oooh I sound smart. I probably just ruined it by saying that. The comment was that India is not in Asia. Therefore saying that my teacher, Mr. Kannan, are not Asian. Being Chinese, I am considered a stereotypical Asian human being. Him being Indian, is not. We then spent the rest of class trying to show that you are Asian. It didn't really work that well. The student than began to think that India was part of China. Much hope for the future generations I think not. All I can say is that I am sorry for the ignorance of my classmate... and GO ASIAN PEOPLE!!!!

I haven't really been posting as much as I should of been

SEE ABOVE. Did you see the title? Well you should of. If you didn't you probably should get your eyes checked. Just Kidding. Yeah, so I really haven't been posting as much as I should of been. God, with school and everything, I just have been sooo busy. I get home and do homework, take a half- hour to get ready for dance, go to dance, come home and finish homework. Repeat cycle. If I had an extra hour in the day it would be great. You hear me God? I need an extra hour. What would you do if you had an extra hour?

        The Purple Prius

Yesterday, while walking around in Hyde Park, I saw a purple prius. It was pretty cool. I wanted to share it with you guys out there so here. Here is the purple prius.

        Dog Treat Days of Summer.

For Christmas I got my dad a book on how to make organic dog treats. Now thinking back to it, I have no idea why I got it for him. I think that maybe it would be something fun to do together. Short story. We haven't really made any of the dog treats. Except for these. Here's how to make the ones I made:

        1. get together strawberries, bananas, and yogurt
        2. chop up fruit
        3. put all ingrediants in blender
        4. blend
        5. fill ice cube tray or trays
        6. freeze until frozen
        7. give to dog or eat your self. (They actually taste pretty good)

Here's a picture of Hoho eating one :)

The Keyboard is Mightier than the Pen

Edward Bulwer- Lytton once wrote "the pen is mightier than the sword." Well I say that the keyboard is mightier than the pen. First, whenever I go to write something with a pen it takes me five minutes to find a pen. It also takes me five to ten minutes to walk all the way around my house to find a piece of paper. Of course, after that I then realize that I have paper in my backpack. Then, I feel dumb. See, writing with a paper and pen makes people feel bad about themselves. Whereas, with a keyboard I can just pull up my blog and start typing. No need to climb stairs or get frustrated, just sit and type. A keyboard also makes for faster writing, or in this case blogging. I know for a fact that I type faster than I write. Typing is also neater than writing because whenever I write something there a bunch of scratch outs, smudges, and doodles. Not the prettiest paper in the world

        Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday

Today. That word sounds so statementory (is that a word?). Like your putting something out there for the first time or making an important stand. For example, "TODAY I am going to learn how to make cupcakes." Doesn't that just sound really important? Whereas "I am going to learn how to make cupcakes." Just sounds kinda borring and like though you want to learn it, you probably won't. I feel that this could be because you're putting a date on when you are going to do, whatever you are going to do. I can not get over how the word today makes you feel like you can accomplish something.
Tomorrow. That sounds like something days away, but in reality it isn't. It is only the day after today. When you say that you are going to do something tomorrow, it means something will be put off until you remember to do it at a later date. Usually, what you say you're going to do tomorrow doesn't end up being done until, probably, the next week. Or, it just doesn't get done. You say "Oh well! I'll do it tomorrow."
Yesterday. This word draws up the most finds when you type it into google. Yesterday, not only means what happened yesterday but also what has happened in the past. You often hear about yesterday being better than today. This shown in the song "Yesterday" by the Beatles. One of my personal favorties. The song talks about how troubles are here to stay and all this other sad stuff.
I hope you feel more enlightened about time. I think I will go make cupcakes.
